As soon as I ship an order, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number via the email you used during checkout. Please check that email account for a message with tracking information, and check your spam folder as well.
USPS tracking info expires after 90 days, so if you have an issue with your shipped order, please contact me within 60 days so that I may file an inquiry/claim with USPS and give them adequate time to resolve the issue.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when you place your order.
If I ship a package before you contact me with corrections, there is nothing I can do to have it sent back to me, so PLEASE double or triple check to make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order to be on the safe side. Never hesitate to contact me!! I'm here to help as best as I can - If your package arrives damaged due to a mishandling with USPS please file a claim with THEM. However if the product has arrived damaged due to packaging issues please contact me immediately so we can further discuss a possible replacement or possible refund.
